I cut up an old skirt, hemmed the pieces by hand, and made a bunch of washcloths, which have been handy to have around.
I'm eagering awaiting garbage day, since there is a dead squirrel in our trash. It died of natural causes.
Blackberries are done now, but we still have mulberries.
Ya could have made squirrel stew...
ReplyDeleteI've thought about it with respect to the healthier specimens, but this particular squirrel looked like it had squirrel cancer.
ReplyDeleteYeah no... if an animal looks sick or diseased, it is best to go a little hungrier then attempt to get sick yourself. I do like squirrel stew, my grandmother use to make it and red-eye gravy and tators... hmm, hmmm
